Spring forward with a healthy glow: The art of exfoliation & hydration

As we spring forward, it’s helpful to remember to change more than our clocks. The change in seasons means we need to change our skincare approach as well. Treating dehydration, patchiness, and roughness with gentle exfoliation will not only smooth any unevenness in skin texture, but it will make your serums and creams work more effectively.  To increase efficacy, very gently pat 1 drop of either your P50 or Lotion MC 110 No1 around the under eye and brow bone, taking care not to apply too closely to the eye itself. Apply the Patchs Defatigants for 15 minutes. Remove the mask and massage in a circular motion around the eye until the serum is absorbed. Each box comes with 3 sets, enough for a 3-week program, applied once per week.

Skincare resolutions for 2018 and beyond

With a new year, set some new skincare goals to achieve glowing skin! We may be biased, but we think our skincare resolutions for 2018 are the most fun and achievable New Year's resolutions you could make! Below are our top suggestions for happier, healthier skin this year and beyond. 

1. Cleanse every evening: Take the time to thoroughly cleanse and remove makeup before bed. This alone can have a profound effect on your skin's health, which is why it's our number-one tip!
2. Add a serum: Incorporate a serum into your routine and moisturize every day. If you need help choosing the right one for your skin, we're more than happy to schedule a consultation or chat before your next appointment.
3. Mask it up! Using a mask twice a week can keep your skin in top condition in between treatments. Purifying, detoxifying, or moisturizing, we have options for every skin need and lifestyle.
4. Get regular facials: We recommend coming in every 4–6 weeks for a treatment. Skin is constantly in flux and we can't stress enough the importance of seeing a professional regularly to address changes to your skin's condition.
5. Be beautiful: Inside and out, you are beautiful. Remind yourself of this every day.

A love letter to P50

We all love our P50. It's true love, our skin's soulmate. In fact, many of our clients can’t live without it. Biologique Recherche’s Dr. Allouche has called it a “potion in a lotion” and it is the keystone to BR’s skin care treatment. There’s nothing else like it on the market.

There are a few different versions, but all are the unique result of 30 years of development and experience. P50 balancing exfoliators speed up the epidermis' natural exfoliating process and the reconstruction of the epidermal shield. The fortified epidermis protects the skin, boosting its self-regeneration abilities. All BR treatments begin with the P50 ritual in the morning and evening.
